This is a non-smoking unit.
No Pets allowed.
A 2-week minimum booking during Christmas & New Years Holiday Season.
11.42% tax will be charged for Hawaii State taxes.
A Guest Registration Fee collected for the Maui Kamaole
Association.
A deposit for Security/Damage of $250.00 ($500.00 for 3
weeks or longer) is due 10 days after booking to secure
reservation.
If cancellation is necessary, it is required 60 days or
more prior to scheduled arrival date in value season, and
90 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date in high/peak
season. An administration fee of $100.00 will be charged.
If cancellations are made less than the 60/90 days prior
to scheduled arrival or after scheduled arrival date, payments
will be retained. If the unit can be re-rented, a pro-rata
refund will be issued less the administration fee of $100.00.
Full prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Payments
can be check, money order or money transfer. Please make

The Damage/Security deposit will be refunded within 30 days
after departure and after inspection of condo for damages
or loss of items.
For reservations less than 7 days, a cleaning fee of $90.00
will be charged.
If extra cleaning is required this can be arranged for an
additional fee.

to other owner’s rentals.
